FAQ

Before we work together.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Small and growing businesses — dealerships, retail, service businesses, trusts and community organisations. If your work involves repeat operations, customer enquiries, or manual reporting, it's likely a fit.

Can you improve our existing software?

Yes. Many engagements start with reviewing what you already have and extending or replacing specific parts, rather than a full rebuild.

Do we need AI, or would a simpler system be enough?

Sometimes a plain report or workflow tool solves it faster and cheaper than adding AI. Figuring out which one your problem actually needs is part of the first conversation.

What determines the project cost?

Scope — the number of workflows, users, integrations, and how much of the system is custom versus configuration. You'll get a written scope and cost estimate before anything is built.

What recurring charges should we expect?

Hosting, any AI or messaging API usage, and third-party subscriptions you choose to keep — these are separate from the build cost and estimated upfront, not billed to me.

Who owns the system and accounts?

You do. Ownership, source code access, and account handover are defined in the proposal before work starts.

Do you provide training and ongoing support?

Yes — handover includes training your team to use and make small changes themselves. Ongoing support beyond that is available as a separately agreed option.

Can we work together remotely or communicate in Tamil?

Yes to both. I work with clients remotely across India and locally in Tamil Nadu, and can communicate in English or Tamil.
