Prices and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is charged at the rate applicable to each product's HSN code and is shown separately on the invoice. Prices shown against MRP are our selling price; MRP is the manufacturer's stated maximum, not a price we ever charged.
When a sale is made
Adding to the cart or completing checkout is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm the order. If a price or a stock figure was wrong, we will contact you before confirming rather than fulfil at an incorrect price.
Product information
Descriptions and ratings are taken from the manufacturer. Photographs are indicative; finishes and packaging change between production batches. Where a product has several ratings, the price shown in a listing is the lowest in that range and the exact price appears once you select a rating.
Installation and safety
Everything sold here is intended to be installed by a competent electrician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable wiring regulations. We sell the goods; we are not responsible for installation, for the suitability of a rating you selected, or for damage caused by incorrect installation. If you are unsure which rating you need, ask us before ordering.
Payment
Card, UPI, and netbanking payments are handled by Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be offered subject to order value and location. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has access to your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery orders.
