Refund Policy
Refunds & cancellations
This policy covers purchases made through the store at /store. It does not cover custom, quote-based engagements — those are governed by the written proposal agreed for that project.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and can't be “returned” once delivered, so they're not refundable after delivery — except where what was delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page, or wasn't delivered at all due to a fault on my end.
Service packages — full payment
If you cancel before any work has started, you get a full refund. If work has already started, you're refunded for the portion not yet delivered, based on what's actually been done — this is confirmed with you directly, not calculated by a fixed formula, since scope and progress vary by project.
Service packages — deposit / advance
A deposit secures your place in the schedule and covers the initial scoping work. If you cancel before that scoping work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once scoping work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, since it covers time already spent — but it's always credited toward the final project cost if you go ahead.
Partner Discussions — Solid Plan Guarantee
Partner Discussions are covered by the Solid Plan Guarantee: if the discussion doesn't give you a solid, specific plan for your business, request a refund within 3 days of your session via the manage-booking link in your confirmation email. Full amount, no deductions. One claim per person — repeat claims may be declined. Cancelling a booking before it happens frees your slot but is not itself a refund; the guarantee above is the only path to a refund for a Partner Discussion.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within Razorpay's own standard processing time for the payment method used. I don't control how long your bank or card provider takes to actually reflect it.
