How your information is handled

This site runs on a small database that stores the content you see (projects, services, testimonials, FAQs, brand settings) and the admin account used to edit it.

The contact page does not submit your details to that database — it builds a WhatsApp message or email draft in your own device's app instead, and nothing you type there is transmitted to or stored by this website itself.

A few features do store what you submit, because the feature needs it to work: buying something from the store stores your name, email, phone, and (for a tax invoice) GSTIN against the order; booking a Partner Discussion stores your name, email, phone, business name/type, and what you're working through, so I can prepare for the call; creating a Grow account stores your name, email, phone, and a hashed password. None of this is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing beyond what a normal order or booking confirmation requires.

Payments are processed by Razorpay — this site never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details directly.

Any message you choose to send via WhatsApp or email is handled under WhatsApp's and your email provider's own privacy terms, and is kept only as an ordinary business communication, for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver agreed work.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address and page requests) may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
