Cancellation policy
Cancel before it ships and there is nothing to pay.
Needs sign-off before launch. This describes how the shop intends to operate. It has not been reviewed by anyone qualified to approve it, and it is not legal advice. Confirm the registered business name, GSTIN, and wording first.
Before dispatch
Cancel free of charge from your account, or by calling the shop. A prepaid order is refunded in full to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once a parcel has left, it cannot be cancelled. Refuse it at delivery or return it under the returns policy. Where the goods have already travelled, the delivery cost is not refunded.
Orders we cancel
Occasionally a line is out of stock despite showing as available, or a price is listed in error. If that happens we call you first and offer the correct price or an alternative rating before cancelling anything. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full.
Repeated refusals
Cash-on-delivery orders that are repeatedly refused at the door cost the shop the round trip. We may ask for prepayment on future orders from the same address.
Refund timing
Cancellation refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
