Where we deliver
Across India. Local orders around Anthiyur, Bhavani, and Erode are often quicker to collect in person — call the shop and we will hold the goods at the counter.
Charges
A flat delivery charge applies, with free delivery above a set order value. The exact charge is shown at checkout before payment, never added afterwards.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders placed on a working day before closing are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Typical delivery is 3 to 5 working days, longer for remote PIN codes. Sunday and public holidays are not working days.
Heavy and bulky items
Pumps, motors, piping, and large panel orders may ship by surface transport rather than courier, which takes longer. We will call to confirm before dispatching anything on that basis.
Tracking your order
Use the order number with the email address or mobile number on the order, on the Track order page. You do not need an account.
Damage, shortage, or non-delivery
Check the carton before you sign for it. Report visible damage or a shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the goods, so we can raise it with the carrier while the claim window is open.
Wrong address
We ship to the address given at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address or phone number was wrong, the return and reshipping cost is payable before it goes out again.
