Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number.
• Account details, if you create one: your name, email address, and a password stored only as a one-way hash — we cannot read it.
• Enquiries you send through the contact form.
• Payment records: the amount, the status, and the reference Razorpay gives us. Card numbers, UPI IDs, and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

Instagram comments and direct messages

• If you comment on one of our Instagram posts with a keyword we have set up, we receive that comment through Meta's official Instagram API and store the comment ID, the comment text, your Instagram username and user ID, and the time it was posted.
• We use it for one purpose: to send you a single direct message containing the link you asked for. Instagram permits exactly one private reply per comment, and only within seven days of the comment.
• We do not use it for advertising, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not share or sell it.
• Comment records are kept for 90 days so we can show that a reply was sent once and only once, then deleted. To have yours removed sooner, message the account or use the contact form.
• Deleting your comment on Instagram stops any further processing of it by us.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Order and payment information is processed to perform the contract you entered into when you bought something, and retained afterwards because tax law requires it. Enquiries and Instagram comments are processed on the basis of your request — you contacted us.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay, to take and refund payments.
• Delivery carriers, who receive the name, address, and phone number needed to deliver.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations.
• Meta, whose Instagram API carries comments to us and our reply back to you.
• Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for eight years, which is the retention period Indian tax law expects. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Contact form messages are kept for two years. Instagram comment records are kept for 90 days.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in, and your cart is kept in your own browser's storage. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no third-party analytics.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It does not set a tracking cookie and does not follow you around the web.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act within 30 days. Some records — invoices in particular — must be retained for tax purposes even after an account is closed.
