Return window

Seven days from delivery, for goods that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

What cannot be returned

• Anything that has been installed, wired in, or energised — once a device has carried current we cannot resell it as new.
• Items cut or made to a length or specification you asked for.
• Goods damaged by incorrect installation, overloading, water ingress, or a power surge.
• Items returned without their packaging, or with parts missing.

Wrong item or damaged on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We collect it or replace it at our cost — there is no restocking charge and no argument about it.

Manufacturer warranty

Anchor by Panasonic and other brands we stock carry their own warranty. A warranty claim runs through the manufacturer's process, not this returns policy, and we will help you raise it. Keep the invoice, since it is the proof of purchase date.

How to start a return

Call the shop or use the contact form with your order number and what is wrong. Do not send anything back before we confirm — an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order.

Refunds

Once the goods are back and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Card and UPI refunds go back through Razorpay and appear according to your bank's timeline. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.

Delivery charges

The original delivery charge is refunded when the fault is ours — wrong item, damaged, or not as described. It is not refunded when goods are returned because they are no longer wanted.
